3. If not find on FAQ, visit HyperCam™ Support Forum - you can do a text search here, probably 99% of all questions you may ask where already answered there at least once!

When describing a bug to us, please try to describe the exact procedure you were attempting, from step one until the final "problem." Tell us if the "bug" happens every time you try the function, only sometimes, and/or only with some file types.
