hi One of our users gets a very high picture-size on his capturefiles - sometimes higher than 2MB - any ideas? - any changes done in capture-settings maybe..?
The file size depends on the format in which the image is saved. If the user saves BMP files, they are uncompressed and will be that big. The best format for sharp computer screen captures, good compression and no quality loss is PNG. For real life photos you'll get better results with JPEG format.
