| I have a record of 2 different HS 6 licence keys under Cleverbridge reference ..., dated ..., 2007, one is in use for my desktop PC, which I recently upgraded from Vista to Windows 7 64-bit and the second was used for my Vista laptop, which I traded in today for a new laptop with Win 7 64-bit pre-installed. The laptop licence key does not work on the new machine. Am I entitled to use the old key or will I have to buy a new one? Incidentally I have just upgraded the new laptop to the latest version of HS 6. |
