I been following this faq: http://www.hyperionics.com/hc/faqs.asp#SoundDirect but the problem is I don't know what "the default device to your sound card." or how to even see what is my sound card and when I followed that and click open "Audio tab" nder sound recording, I got two option SigmaTel Audio and Modem #0 Line Record and I have those two same option in the Voice tab. So if anyone know what to do please tell me.

It seems that your machine (or the sound card) does not have an option to record the sound you hear from the computer directly. You could still use a microphone placed close to the speakers to capture the sound, or use an "audio patch cable" as described in that FAQ article.
